School Mission Statement
Woodfield Primary is a school where every child is a valued individual, where everyone aims high and where lifelong learning is prioritised and promoted.
We are committed to inspire, support and encourage all children to be confident, independent learners equipped for the future, take pride in what they do, persevere and achieve their full potential.
We enable Woodfield children to respect themselves and others and become responsible members of the wider community.
In partnership with parents and the community, Woodfield Primary will work together to provide whatever it takes to ensure that we “Learn today for success tomorrow.”
Well done to the children who have been showing the Core Value Courage this week:
Poppy (Yr1), Ryan (Yr2), Julianna & Lewis (Yr3/4B), Lucy (Yr3/4L), Ruby (Yr5/6B) and Max (Yr5/6L).
You can speak to Mrs Moran - the Designated Safeguarding Lead or any of the Deputy Safeguarding Leads at Woodfield if you are concerned about the safety of your own child/ren or another child within our school community.
Deputy Safeguarding Leads are: Mrs Hodgkins, Mrs Clapp, Miss Saunders and Mrs Packer.
The school nominated Governor for Safeguarding is Mrs Laura McLelland.
The focus value for the month of September is...
This week's Words of the Week are
Reverent, Intrepid and Flocculent.
Can you be a Word Wizard and investigate what they mean and use them in class and at home?
